Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment for mechanical issues and perform routine safety checks before each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and tagging stock.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations and meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (Required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and labeling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
