Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect equipment for safety hazards and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate logs using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL or forklift certification required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
