Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials to designated storage areas.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
