Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement of goods to prevent damage.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
