Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Organize and stack pallets efficiently to optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Forklift Certification) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
