Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform routine safety checks on forklifts and equipment before and after shifts.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
