Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely.
- Inspect machinery for potential hazards and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand shipping labels and manifests.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
