Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and documenting all stock movements.
- Organize and arrange warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize shipping and receiving workflows.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (must possess valid certification).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
