Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and update warehouse management systems (WMS) in real-time.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear, organized, and safe to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required for safety documentation.
