Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all 5S standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately scanning and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and material usage.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for safety compliance.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not strictly required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
