Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (sit-down, reach, or stand-up) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and work areas to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Handle material with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Must be willing to learn and complete on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and material handling.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
