Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Organize warehouse inventory and ensure products are stored in designated areas.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No previous forklift experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always mandatory depending on warehouse role).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
