Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain efficient workflow and inventory accuracy
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Assist in inventory management and documentation of material movements
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent hazards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
