Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Support warehouse expansion projects during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
