Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock organization and rotation.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment to identify any mechanical issues.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Valid Class A or B Driver's License (depending on vehicle requirements).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
