Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, and Pallet Jacks) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly for safe transport.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage inventory records, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFW/RF) required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse operations.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable attendance and availability for overtime shifts.
