Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper placement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock management.
