Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues before each shift and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and maintain detailed logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper securing techniques.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit to lift heavy loads (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore location.
