Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues before each shift to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Organize inventory, stack pallets, and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipment quantities and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts is highly preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Valid forklift certification (CDL not required).
