Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks) to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (loading docks).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
