Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately to ensure timely distribution.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members regarding inventory status.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and pedestrian safety.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid license required).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
