Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods within warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/after shifts to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and document material movements accurately
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization
- Operate in temperature-controlled and outdoor environments as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid California driver's license preferred
