Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and locating stock using RF scanners or manual systems.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including boxing, palletizing, and organizing shipments.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
