Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.
- Load, unload, and stage shipments accurately to ensure timely distribution.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to traffic patterns in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
