Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and document findings accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counting, and stock organization.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Previous warehousing experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
