Your Daily Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Verify inventory accuracy and manage palletizing and shrink-wrapping of goods.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding shipment priorities.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
