Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility safely.
- Verify inventory quantities and accuracy of stock movement using handheld scanners or logs.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain OSHA compliance.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for internal operation, but preferred).
