Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Handle heavy lifting and stacking of merchandise with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFPO) or valid operator license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
