Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment daily for any mechanical issues or safety hazards before operation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of stock.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class B is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
