Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Accurately record inventory counts and stock locations using warehouse management systems.
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping preparation as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Valid New York State driver's license.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
