Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting stock and reading labels.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for the operator role.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
