Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Load/unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision and efficiency
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and barcode scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform routine equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Document daily activities and maintain accurate inventory records
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all company protocols
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
