Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections.
- Customer Service: Represent the company professionally and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with potential for additional overtime during the week.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; comprehensive training is provided for the right candidates.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
