Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, verifying freight and ensuring proper handling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
