Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers and trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, errors, or discrepancies.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure optimal space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track product movement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and billing.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and overtime when needed.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
