Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to production schedules and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting as required.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred (CDL or forklift certification required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as business demands.
