Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of forklifts and ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with warehouse management for stock replenishment.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of pallets and product staging for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations strictly.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
