Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck, or Order Picker) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock placement with precision and efficiency.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow and safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience operating heavy industrial forklifts.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and availability for overtime when required.
