Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Organize warehouse inventory to maximize space and accessibility.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (cycle counting).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
