Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Ensure all inventory is stored safely and organized according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a 100% safety record by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on all material handling equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
