Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA/OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy industrial equipment in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets, packing slips, and safety manuals.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
