Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (Must be willing to get certified if not currently held).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required for indoor warehouse work but preferred).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
