Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Load, unload, and organize freight with precision to ensure timely delivery schedules are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and complete necessary documentation.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize inventory flow and storage efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
