Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload pallets from trucks and trailers with precision.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- CDL Class B license is a strong plus for this position.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable forklift experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
