Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
- Load outbound shipments to ensure accurate and damage-free delivery.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and complete pre-shift safety checklists.
- Pick and pull orders accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Forklift Certification (Sit-down and/or Stand-up).
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas facility.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
