Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect machinery daily to ensure it is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures strictly.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
