Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and merchandise
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
- Accurately record inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (provided on-site)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (6:00 AM start)
