Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging products.
- Inspect equipment daily for safety issues and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently to maximize storage space and workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
