Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Reach, Counterbalance, and Order Picker) to move, load, and unload materials.
- Inspect and maintain forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
