Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) or be willing to obtain one during the hiring process.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
